We want you to love your NTC Goods order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
RETURNS
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To start, email info@ntcgoods.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it — email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
EXCHANGES
- Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Digital products (e-books, downloads) — all sales final once delivered
- For hygiene reasons, intimate items (e.g., bonnets) unless unopened or defective
- Made-to-order / print-on-demand items, unless defective or incorrect
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel before it ships.
