30-Day Return Policy
Not what you expected? We'll make it right. Here's our return policy in plain English:
What can I return?
- Unopened items in original packaging — full refund, no questions
- Defective items — free replacement or refund, regardless of packaging condition
- Items damaged in transit — full refund + we cover return shipping
What can't I return?
- Opened personal-care items (perfume, hair tools that touch skin) — for hygiene reasons
- Digital downloads — instant delivery, all sales final
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to start a return
- Email bdon3ballin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back (you cover return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong)
- Once received, your refund processes within 5 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? Email us first. We'll work with you to find a solution — exchange, store credit, or refund — whatever makes you whole.
Refund timeline
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 1-5 business days
