Shipping at NTC Goods
We ship worldwide. Here's exactly what to expect:
Delivery times
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada, UK, EU, Australia: 10-18 business days
- Rest of world: 12-21 business days
Why these times?
NTC Goods works with a network of global suppliers to keep prices low. Most orders ship from regional fulfillment centers, and a few specialty items ship internationally. This is how we keep prices below the legacy retail markup — and we'd rather be honest about timing than promise impossible delivery and disappoint.
What's included with every order
- Full tracking number sent via email within 48 hours of order
- Tracking link on your order confirmation
- Email notifications at every shipping milestone
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your address. Free shipping promotions are offered seasonally — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm CST ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email bdon3ballin@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate, file a claim with the carrier, and either replace the item or refund — no questions asked.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by NTC Goods.
