Yes. NTC Goods is operated by Ndlovu Tech Corp, registered in the United States. Shopify Payments processes our checkout, PayPal & major credit cards accepted. Founder: Brendon Ndlovu.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows by region.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive in 7-15 business days. International orders in 10-21 business days. Every order ships with full tracking.

Why isn't shipping faster?

Because we keep prices honest. To deliver in 2 days, retailers stockpile inventory in expensive warehouses and pass the cost to you. We work with global supply networks and ship direct — slower, but 30-50% cheaper.

Can I track my order?

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Email bdon3ballin@gmail.com. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either replace the item or refund. Lost packages are NTC Goods' problem to solve, not yours.

Can I return an item?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for the process.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
